I worked with lad who was a body builder he was only short his head looked like a peanut in comparison to the rest of his body.
He'd come to work with literally a sports bag full of baked potatoes no butter no nothing just baked potatoes.

There seem to be a lot less roid heads about these days.

What is worrying from what I see in gyms is the amount of teenage rugby players bulking up to a size too unnatural for them. Knocking back protein shakes as well. Cant be good for them. To be successful at the egg these days it seems you have to be a ridiculous size. The temptation to juice must be high.
