    Dubois v Joyce-Boxing Tonight.

Looking forward to this one. Joyce has fought better opposition but starts slowly, Dubois isn't going to stand back and wait for Joyce. Fireworks i recko, don't know who to go for.

Frank Warren putting on fights the public want to see.

Should be explosive. Can’t see it going to points 😂

It's on BT Sports tonight. Sadly I don't have it.

Dubois KO round 6 or earlier.

I'm not so sure. Joyce has got a chin on him.

I'm still undecided on his chin.

Who has he fought? Out of those who has tested that chin?

He's been cracked a few times, i'm sure Ustinov gave him leather. Anyway, i can't call it. I don't mind either fighter. Dubois is the quicker fighter. Joyce is going to have to match him from the first bell or he could have problems. I'm going to go for joyce, based on not much!

    Two very good fighters.
Dubois is the better prospect though, especially with age on his side.
This , on paper, is a close fight but the reality is a quick and abrupt win is most likely taking into consideration the punching power of both these lads.
Regardless of the result tonight I see Dubois going onto a world title shot in the next co of years.

Wasn't initially impressed with Joyce looked slow, however last few fights I've been impressed with him.
I'd like to see Dubois win as he just looks like he is ready to step into the world title seen and his power is explosive.

You never really know what to expect who can take a punch, they both can hit hard but I do think Dubois will win.

Hopefully the loser can still be involved in some big fights as well and both are good fighters.

Dubois seems to be banking on the big shot and has been outjabbed here.

If this goes past mid way then he is in trouble.

    I didn't see that coming.

Dubois seemingly quitting doesn't bode well for him either.

I enjoyed that though. Not blood and thunder but a decent watch.

Very impressed with Joyce. Olympic experience counts for a lot in boxing.

Dubois was on the end of a slow cooking beatdown there. Was he shaking on his stool? Anyway, he's been found out, take his shot and he's ****ed.

Post fight interviews were worse than the fight.

I thought Joyce was as cool as. Never broke sweat in the fight, and spoke well in his interview.

The interviews were weird. Kind of like Dubois was meant to win and Warren and the rest were a bit shocked. They still spoke more about Dubois than Joyce.

I agree with Tuerto in that Dubois has been found out. He takes a knee there and seemingly quits. Fair play to Joyce, I didn't have him down to win that one but he did a number on him using little more than the jab.

Dubois did quit. Joyce jabbed his head off. Dubois was in shock, he threw his best shot and joyce took it, it was like he didn't know what else to do. Wasn't Warren asking for a rematch? Dear Me!

Dubios quit , he also looked shaken at times between the rounds.

He needs to move his head more as he got caught way too many times .

Happy for Joyce he's been and done it as an amateur, some say unlucky not to get Olympic gold.

14 years difference ring craft boxer v a very young developing prospect, promoter and Dubios took the wrong fight in my view , great decision for Joyce though

    Re: Dubois v Joyce-Boxing Tonight.

Strange one I'm not one to buy too much into body language but dubois looked anxious on his stool between rounds.

Joyce appears to have a good chin but never got clean to test.

Dubois didn't move his head at all, I assume he's used to walking through opponents, he looked OK when he got inside. Should have stayed out of range and picked him time to attack especially as the eye was an issue straight away.

Can't see Joyce beating one of the big boys but he's got to get involved in big fights now. Think Ruiz or Parker would be a good next fight.

I listened to the fight on the radio. The commentator said that when Dubois quit he was 6 rounds to 3 ahead. Is that correct?

One has him 5 up, one 1 up and one 3 down. On BT they thought it was about level. I would have had it 2 up for dubois.
