    England Whitewash NZ.

From the winter/spring shambles a remarkable turnaround in fortunes from the new regime.

3 nil win v the Worlds no 1 Test Team.

That's 3 consecutive run chases as well and none that were too small a number - wonder what the record for most consecutive run chases are?

No team has ever donev3 consecutive chases over 275 before.
Even more remarkable considering that after the each teams first innings in each Test, its the closest ever in terms of runs difference.

And from memory England have been on the back foot in two of the first innings eg 55 for 6 in this one - enjoyed this series and NZ seem a good bunch and good sports and series played in the spirit it should - wish it would trickle down to the amateur game as it is rare eg people walking when they should etc

Despite the 3-0 win every test could have been won by the Kiwis.

Played in the right spirit and some hugely entertaining cricket.

Time to give NZ a 5 match test series ?

Given that NZ are world test champions, and England's recent record, I think England should be grateful to get 3
