I understand the system, i understand tax law, I understand the issues of NICs facing contractors working via agencies.

this is not fantasy, this is reality. you have confirmed you were a contractor working via an agency. you have confirmed you took part in nefarious activities. if those nefarious activities were not tax evasion, what were they?

I understand the system thanks. I understand you too. It's all in your head my eely friend. It never happened. It never will have happened. You cannot turn your fantasies into reality no matter how much effort you put into "making it so".

Nefarious is your own addition - how many times do I have to tell you about making this stuff up in your head? It ONLY WORKS FOR YOU - never say it out loud!

Now please don't try your 2nd favourite trick of trying to persuade me that I said something that I did not. It is tiresome and suggests that you over-value your debating abilities. You have dug yourself a very deep hole, and wriggling and slithering around in it will only make it deeper.
