Spoiler-there has been a clear plan in place.
I might write to the athletic to ask them to make a similar video on the Cardiff city strategy of recent seasons although I suspect they may not need the full 7 minutes......

Seriously though, I'm a fan of the moneyball approach. We could definitely do with a bit of that.
