Re: Parking at the Ground
6 year old, to far to walk !!!!!!!
Better than waiting 30/40 minutes to get out of the car park
Re: Parking at the Ground
Keep parking near the Cornwall if you can. I'd do miles upon miles out playing when I was his age. Surely it's less than a mile walk.
Also, walking with the crowd to the game is something he'll remember for years to come.
Re: Parking at the Ground
There’s parking in canton rugby club , and in the atheistic stadium opposite the ground. Also believe this year you can park on the day in the stadium car park for £10. But it’s murder getting out.
Re: Parking at the Ground
I always park at Gol Soccer Centre on Lawrenny Avenue.
It’s 20 mins walk, but it’s a fiver to park and they give you a voucher for a fiver to spend at the bar.
The only thing is it does take a while to get out afterwards.

I used to park near The Cornwall but it a bit far for son to walk.
Depending on what part of the bay you live, can you get a bus to Grangetown and walk? I've got a 6 year old who is one of the most reluctant walkers ever but we have no problems walking from Grangetown train station.

Re: Parking at the Ground
You can park up by the casino next to the ground by Asda, register your car plate number to avoid a fine
Getting out is a pain though unless you have a drink after the game, and wait for the traffic to disperse :ayatollah:

And he doesn't have to stand all the way through the game like we had to as kids. It was terrible.
Oh wait a minute, no it wasn't. It was great!!!
