Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
Bit expensive the adult ones, plus no under 21 price, so students faced with paying through the nose.
My lad and his mates now in that category.
Any idea what allocation they have given us ?

Isn't their away end massive? Something like 5,000 capacity?

Yeah, it's huge. Must be why there's no restrictions on tickets!

Apparently so. More than enough space for what we will take. That said, eticketing isn't working on my phone. Can't log on which normally happens automatically. Anyone else having a problem?

I didn't get answered x 2 when ringing. But....eticketing is working OK on my Surface. Just had to do 3x "I'm not a Robot" click on pics to log in. Looks like an Android issue with eticketing.

Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
Don't bother going to the ground to get them, as from this season they charge you the booking fee there as well.
Just drove from barry to cardiff when I could have just bought online at the same price.
What the **** is the £2 for??

Did you pay by card or CASH ????
Plus, was the ticket there, or being sent out in the post ??

so are they charging a booking fee on away tickets as well as home tickets ( home is £1.50 per ticket) ?

Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
Card, and the ticket is being sent out.
The booking fee is the same cash, card ticket sent out or not.

Make's City's price structure look exceptionally good. I'm now classed as a senior (@ 60) & my lad is 21. At Wigan we'll have to pay full (cough!) prices.

Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
Are they sold out? It says "We're Sorry! None of the prices you selected could be found. Please contact the box office directly." When I try to buy two adult tickets
-
Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
It now says sold out on eticketing

I just had someone text me the same. They are being sold in 800 batches apparently- so we’ve probably sold 800 😂

We're one of a very small number of clubs that have Seniors tickets starting at 60 years old. Most are 65.
I've only got 10 years to go 🤞 but we'll probably change it to 65 in 9 years time 🙁

I can lend you a few years if it will help. I don't want them. :hehe:

Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
And now!
Just received the ticket in the post, and the price on it is £25 not the £28 advertised +£2 booking fee.
£30 for a £25 ticket!
Am I subsidising the bleeding Flint signing?

Something is amiss. Have you contacted the TO? See if they can explain the discrepancy beyond "it's a cock up".

Did anyone find out why they charged us £28 when the face value is £25?

Re: WIGAN tickets on sale today (Wednesday)
Just found this on the club website
"Update: 4:50pm (18/07/19)
There was a small discrepancy with Adult tickets for the trip to the DW Stadium. Initially we were told Adult tickets were to be charged at £28.00 per person – however after further consultation with the hosting club, it came to light that this should’ve been £25.00.
To avoid any further inconvenience to those who have already bought – £3.00 will be refunded back onto the card used to purchase. Please note, this can take 3-5 working days to appear on your bank statement.
If you didn't use card to purchase or have any further enquiries – please contact the Cardiff City FC Ticket Office on tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk"
