THIS is what was so infuriating about Saturdays game....
....not the hoof-ball; not the lack of a decent striker; not that the midfield was over-run.....
....but you could tell from the kick-off that after waiting for what seemed like months since the last home match, the crowd was up for the game.
And then we had THAT dross!
Remember that when next someone bleats about why our attendances are down on the Malky years and only improving grudgingly. Who wants to sit in the cold and watch uninspiring football?
It pains me to write this, 'cos I thought the first few home games were fantastically entertaining.

Conditions weren't the best. Playing 5 at the back at home was negative and only 2 in central midfield was naive.

I think Damour could perform that role. We lost the battle in midfield against Millwall who won most of the fifty fifty challenges, Brayson and Ralls are not physical enough.
