Just want to say that it's so much better that you're being civil and engaging in some decent discussion. Both clubs have a fair bit in common. You seem to know your football, keep it coming

I do seem to remember him being pretty fickle.
Kinda missed him last season though and glad he's back.

Match stats
- Cardiff have won 10 of their last 14 league matches against Bristol City (W10 D1 L3).
- Bristol City have won none of their last nine league visits to Cardiff (W0 D2 L7) since winning 2-0 in December 2002.
- Cardiff City have won 17 of their last 23 home Championship matches (W17 D3 L3), a run stretching back to October 2017.
- Bristol City have won just two of their last 15 league games in Wales (W2 D4 L9), though won on their most recent visit in August 2018 against Swansea.
- Cardiff boss Neil Warnock hasn't ended on the losing side at home to Bristol City since May 2008 in a Championship play-off semi-final with Crystal Palace - current Robins boss Lee Johnson featured that day, while they were managed by his father Gary Johnson.
- Bristol City winger Niclas Eliasson has the most assists in the Championship this season (6), despite starting just three games and playing only 520 minutes.

He’d be wasted under Warnock. Cwtching the sidelines and being asked to chase after balls bombed over his head. When he does pick up the ball it will be in his own half and he’ll be tasked with running 2/3 of the pitch and beating 6 men to get near to creating a chance.

Contract is up next year too.
His crosses are superb and I don’t know why he doesn’t play more.
I think it’s hard for Johnson to play 3-5-2 and have both him and O’Dowda in the same team because neither are wing backs in the defending sense.
Great player though.

Change of referee for tomorrow:
https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/...ristol-3520021
The chances of an avalanche of yellow cards in Sunday's Severnside Derby between Bristol City and Cardiff City has decreased slightly by the appointment of Tony Harrington to the contest.
Harrington has replaced Oliver Langford who had been confirmed by the EFL earlier this week but has withdrawn from the contest due to a "personal matter".

No Ralls then, a week after he gets a hat trick, not been too lucky with injuries this season !

Hopefully Tomlin steps up. As long as he doesn't get sent off!

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL CITY. Match thread
No Morrison, Ralls, Ward, Glatzel or Murphy. Getting pretty light on the bench, Madine and Coxe there today.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL CITY. Match thread
I’m expecting us to lose, expecting to hate watching the whole thing, expecting to be totally frustrated, so much so that it won’t be necessary for me to comment on it after the game.
Anything else is an upside

Is the game on CCFC TV? I can't find it.

It’s on DAZN in Canada. Thought it would be on one of the NBC sub channels for you
