Aston Villa are in talks with Bournemouth’s Lewis Grabban as they look to pip Cardiff

Do you remember that season every time a striker was available to teh opposition Brum just bought them to stop the transfer to the likes of us and others.

Apparently this was always a smokescreen and we never actually made contact despite today's reports.

Seems we've always been intent on bringing in Madine.

This may contradict what I've said previously somewhere, but what I've been told today.

This may contradict what I've said previously somewhere, but what I've been told today.

Have a sneaky feeling your right I think since Warnock has arrived we have played the canny long game, with out off the blue players popping up in discussion late in the day ,whilst chatter about others start early just keeping folk interested ,only to find they don't materialise.
