She is a very fierce lady indeed , strangely when you just see just her head it becomes a shock when you see how plump she is below the neck .
I do think that these civil servants need a kick up the arse though not in a bullying way but a constructive one , wasn't this chap that has quit in her department in charge of briefing Garyling and Rudd and the chaos outputs of Windrush
