Re: Wales v Moldova Monday Bloody Night
A friend of mine who lives abroad and who is both a City and Wales supporter can't make it over for the game and would happily sell his ticket (which is in my possession) for £16. That's the £80 divided by 5 games as he doesn't want to make a profit.

He is an adult. Row Y in Block 306 in the Canton Stand. The added attraction is that it's not next to me :-)

Re: Wales v Moldova Monday Bloody Night
That's strange, there was no-one moaning in June, when there were weird KO times and 100's of miles to travel to games !

Aye, £80 for 5 home games. England fans pay £75 just for membership btw.
We can't get home to Cheltenham on the train on Monday. Costing us a few extra quid for a taxi from Gloucester but hey ho wartching Wales great value overall.

I was shouting about our home fixtures KO times in the euro qualifiers to Rob Phillips...
..Im not talking ticket prices Im talking TV monies what sky wants sky gets and the FAW just bend over and says ooooh give it to me Rupert. :hehe: and would never think about the fans.
If you live in Wrexham or the North thats a day off work which most can't afford.

Re: Wales v Moldova Monday Bloody Night
Our biggest home game against ROI is another Monday night fixture 7.45pm i would have thought a Saturday would have been more suitable for both nations and fans.

Thats were your argument falls down.
Just look at all our midweek games with the City over the last 10 years or so to see how much the authorities give 2 shits for us fans.

You can't blame Sky for this one. Fifa and Uefa have dictated what day each group plays.

They also decided in their infinite wisdom that the World Cup finals would be staged in that most welcoming of countries Russia!
We do though take so much for granted these days, anyone can get to watch his country play on the telly, even if it means having to watch it in a pub with half a pint of bitter.
Imagine how much it would cost to see Wales play back in '58.
