That’s unbelievably vague, I’m guessing you are looking at a job spec ?
If I had to guess though, and depending on the job, it would include things like pivot tables and charts/graphs. If you could do macros/VBA that would def be considered Good Excel Skills
I agree, although unless there is a test attached, I think excel knowledge can be 'bluffed'. I've learnt quite a lot of non standard excel stuff from you tube.

True, if they can't be specific then I suspect they know nothing about the app or what they intend to use it for.

I have used Excel for 30 years and done some interesting and what I consider to be complex stuff with it.
On a scale of 10 re using all its attributes I,d give myself 4.
I would question what is meant by good as I believe most people wouldn’t be able to define it.

use it all the time but much prefer to use minitab for all the fancy graphs in the engineering world
