My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
Fair play to him the lad has been outstanding since Warnock has taken over. He has become an immense leader and a warrior and i thought Ralls was very good today too.
Great preformance all round. I'm buzzing tonight.

*Waits with bated breath for Jimmy's apology*
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
He was outstanding today.
Really impressed with Bamba and Murphy as well.
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
I thought he was awesome today but the whole team was fantastic as well. They all played with huge passion and commitment.
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
Pity he doesnt have more pace . Hellva a fighter , team reacted well to Warnocks question about thier commitment and concentrating.
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
Loved the way he burst through their defence in the second half, barging his way through, half decent shot too.
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
Difficult to single out anyone today in a backs to the wall game.
Although i must say, top drawer performances from Gunnar and Sol.
Zahore held the ball up well particularly the first half

It would have been goal of the season contender, whereas the actual goal came second in goal of the match.
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
Gunner is the bollux, proper player, proper man.
Joe Ralls was better today, he showed so much promise, but has been disappointing so far this year, hopefully he will step up again and fill Whitts boots for us in the future.

I think Ralls is very different to Whitts so it's impossible to compare.
Ralls will never have Whitts technical ability but he put a massive shift in today and one block he done towards the end could have earned us 2 points.

It got backs to the wallish in the final third of the match, but, for the first hour we were at least two goals better than them and caused their defence no end of problems (and it wasn't only from dead ball situations either).
I don't think there was a poor City performer today, but Gunnarsson (surely our player of the season so far?) was that little bit better than the rest.
Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
He does have a terrible first touch mind but is a true captain.
And to think we were going to get rid not so long ago

Whats to apologise for?
Guy was dreadful last season, has turned his game round beyond belief this season. A fact I have noted on more than one occasion.
He has been MOM on more than one occasion.

Did you see the touch he had when he burst through on his own? It was sublime, enabled him to get of his not so sublime shot.

I think Ralls is limited but he's a solid player and always works hard. I'd like us to sign someone like Judge to play ahead of Gunnar and possibly Ralls to give us some creativity in the middle.

Re: My apology to Aron Gunnarsson
With about 5 minutes of normal time left Noone failed to get back and cover properly.
Gunnar bollocked Noone all the way back to the half way line and was still having a go as the goal kick
was taken. Proper captain.

Also in the first half he was about to take a long throw in and Ralls was in the box, Gunnarsson was screaming at him to get out of the box and prevent the counter attack. He wouldn't take the throw in until Ralls listened and as it was the ball broke exactly where Ralls was.
He has been unreal since Warnock took over.
