What happened to that?
It’s not going to happen is it. The club mentioned a while ago that he hadn’t approached them about one. I was surprised as I’d always assumed the club would organise such events. I get the feeling that he doesn’t particularly want one, he’s not one to want to be the centre of attention is he.
Shame though, he’s many people favourite ever city player.
Would be nice to name something after him at the stadium instead.
Chuck a massive picture up in the concourse for a start.

To be fair, no one would go to it anyway. I was at the one for Super Kev, the number of people who turned up was embarrassing.
There's a Legends bar on Level 4 of the Grandstand, maybe he'll have his picture added there, they could put it in the space left when they took down Joey Dwyer's picture because he criticised them.
Would be nice if he could walk around the pitch for some applause before one of the Premiership games - maybe the Trust should suggest this - Since62 over to you
ridiculous that it hasn't happened
Apparently Manchester City fans voted to name one of the stands behind the goal after Colin Bell.
But the club decided otherwise......:-/
Very good
