Exactly what in the job description would rule you out?

Will a breakfast of Danish bacon and Toulouse sausages count?
Re: Cardiff footballer looking for a chef
It sounds like he's looking for a wife.

"Ability to prepare a variety of cuisine's with a focus on healthy, beautiful, fresh meals"

I've applied, but I told them there's no way I'm doing the washing up after all that cooking!

I get the impression he eats like Lister on Red Dwarf.
Curry after curry and onions on his cornflakes.

40k isn’t bad for a chef’s job. Hell of a lot less stressful than working in regular kitchens too so you won’t need to dip into that 40k for cocaine. Can’t say that about many kitchen jobs.
Re: Cardiff footballer looking for a chef
Few years back Joe Hart’s chef was out with a few of us in Manchester, it was about the time he was being ‘phased’ out at the Etihad. He’d asked Joe what his plans were and he replied ‘There’s always I’m A Celebrity’. First time I’d heard of a footballer having his own chef.

Friend of friend we met was a big time chef up in New York, long hours, stress, regulations, junkie co-workers etc...he now does residential stuff, dinner parties, special events etc all in your own home. Loves it, maybe slightly less money but he says the joy of cooking has come back.
I worked kitchens in Glasgow whilst studying, proper restaurant but a brutal kitchen, i'd take preparing a meal for 1 at home at reasonable times of day for less money then that theater crowd in the west end lol.
