Brynglas Tunnel closures this weekend.

Be aware the tunnels are closed in both directions from 7pm tonight ( Saturday 27/1/18 )
until 10am tomorrow ( Sunday 29/1/18 ).

Let's hope the works don't over run.

It's going to be a nightmare for the Spurs fans going home tonight though. It would have made some sense to move the roadworks back to 11.

You don’t have to go through the tunnels to leave newport east bound. They can just go straight to Coldra.

Loads of ways to avoid tunnels .

Go towards Cwmbran via Shaftesbury fly over, link onto M4 after .

Straight down Rodney road towards Chepstow Road

Over the bridge towards somerton and out via spytty ind est both come out via Coldra.

Another way is outwards old llanwernsteelworks come outs 23a magor
