Re: 25 man sqaud for remainder of season confirmed
So the Wales Online story from earlier was right - Niasse, Healey and Bacuna in for Madine, Damour and Connolly.
Interesting that all the double-barrelled names are rolled out (Evitt-Healey, Mathurin-Harris, Mendez-Liang, Andrew-Knott, and Williams-Margetson) but Bobby Decordova-Reid is plain Bobby Reid!

William Douglas Neil Warnock 🤔

I didn't realise that the 'Jazz' in Jazz Richards is actually one of his forenames.
I thought it was a Brazilian style nickname.

Richards still in despite rumours of him being allowed to leave. No Connolly even though Hull loan shelved (I assume because of Morrison injury). Who plays centre half if Bamba or Manga get injured/suspended? Peltier, I suppose.

I raised this earlier in another thread. Nobody until Morrison is back. This is the Premier League. We can't just throw in a full back to play centre back. I thought it was bad enough playing a centre back at right back, and a right back as a striker.

Cunningham can play center back too.

Zohore,
Such a weak squad think we should have left for bringing someone else in. There are lots of players there who would struggle to force their way into mid championship team.
If we were to list all those players for transfer I doubt we could raise 50 mill.
Shows what a good job Warnock has done with the players.

No Jack McKay in Under-21 Squad - or is he part of the Under-23 squad as reported by Wales Online

He went on loan to Chesterfield - yesterday.

I think Peltier would be better at centre half than full back. He’s a very solid defender but a modern full back needs to be decent on the ball, neither Peltier or Manga are good enough in that sense.

It's alright though we just sorted that out with the much needed transfer window which came in the nick of time...

Re: 25 man sqaud for remainder of season confirmed
Feel sorry for lads like Damour.
I honestly think he would add more than Ralls given what I've seen of him (not just passing sideways and backwards, a lot of the time badly).
It is as if we take a punt on these players and somehow discover their playing flaws after we have offered a contract.

A 4.5 year one in Bacunas case!
I’m still wobbling my head at that decision.
What hope have any of those names under the under 21 list got of ever breaking through when we hand out the deals we do to older players.

Damour went off the boil in the second half of last season. I was actually surprised that he didn't leave in the summer.

I'm surprised he didn't leave on loan somewhere this week, even if it was to the SPL on lower money. A season of his career has been wasted.

I think he wants to be known as Decordova-Reid but his actual name is Reid.

How isn't Paterson counted as home grown?

Re: 25 man sqaud for remainder of season confirmed
Strange about Connolly, I thought he'd be in as cover until Morrison is fit. And also surprised about Richards still being in the 25 as he's been injured all season, and now we've signed Bacuna. Not surprised about Damour though, he's out of contract at the end of the season so maybe he will be paid off early? Same for Connolly.
