Totally understand that. However at a club like Man City you have to wonder if any prospect is going to break through to their first team when they have an open chequebook to go and sign any ready made player. Was listening to Kevin Campbell talk about his son's experience at the City Academy where he broke every scoring record going, was on an unbelievable salary, however decided to move on as he could see his pathway forever being blocked. He has since moved to Stoke and played in the Premier League for them at first team level. Was just thinking with Bellamy's Man City connections and the lad being from Cardiff that they maybe open to a loan deal. Probably still a tad early in his development though.
I think your last sentence is right, but, then again, apart from a few minutes of action for Wales Under 21s, I've barely seen him play since he was fifteen or sixteen - if it's right about League One sides wanting him in January. perhaps a move to the Championship next season might be on.
His old man broke the 200 mile sprint to snap Man City’s arm off for a new house
All I know these bloody cash rich clubs are hovering up and stifling talent and stopping thier natural progression and education in lower league football , and providing benefits to their local clubs ,before futhering thier career at a mord mature age .
Would be surprised if he made more than a handful of appearances for Manchester City, more likely to be sold and bought back than become a first teamer
