I believe the internet providers like BT and Sky etc are clamping down on those feeds. I’d say it’s unlikely you will get anything watchable.
Saying that the BEST coverage of the Premier League is in South Africa - SuperSport shows every single Premier League game throughout the season ....... 8 Live and two recorded every week !!!!

Most pubs don’t stream games though do they? Thought it was more the ‘dodgy’ foreign satellites that allow you to watch the Premier League via BEIN sports, Supersport etc.
