With an app i think! tho most of them seem rubbish.
I use imediashare, ive never tried streaming .
Have you got a smart TV? If not you'll need a cable.

Should be able to use an app then I would have thought. Make sure the tablet and TV are connected to the same network and Google your phones model and the TV you've got and I'm sure someone somewhere will have had the same combination.
