Why are Coventry City playing home games at Birmingham ?
I always thought that Highfield Road had a good little atmosphere and was English footballs first all seater stadium and also that the ricoh was too big for them ......and in a dreadful location ....but why are they playing at Birmingham?

They haven't come to an agreement over using the Ricoh arena from the stadium's owners.

The Ricoh is now owned by the Wasps rugby club (the one that relocated from London). They couldn't agree on the terms of them playing there so needed to find somewhere else. They agreed a ground share with Birmingham. They used to share with Northampton.

Highfield Rd was a great ground. Saw us win there in 2003 with Gavin Gordon on the scoresheet

Who'd have thought that CCFC would be playing their home games at the Blues own stadium.
