Turns out having some kind of plan in place for selecting managers who continue on from the work of others is quite a good idea
They fecked up when they started panicking and changed their approach to a more short-term outlook

Yes fair play to them.
I was surprised the stick Martin was getting at one point. Seems to have something about him and I thought they would all be wanking themselves silly with 80% of the ball.

Very good Managers in that spell until Monk, then downhill for a bit.
I don't rate Martin, but he did have a better spell at the end of the season, hopefully, he gets back to normal and takes them down or close., although they'll probably beat us again and finish above us even with him.

Yep they went cheap with Monk and Bob Brad and look what it did to them….
