According to reporter Glen Williams:
Goutas, Ugbo and Jamilu Collins all likely to feature in the second 60minute game against Bristol Rovers.

Bagan's wing is all over the place...too easy down that flank....0-1

We're getting a real wake up call here - how can you be so sluggish after all of the physical training they must have been doing in the last three weeks?

Can't expect a lot the majority of this team struggled last year, hope for a better performance in the 2nd 60. plenty of individual talent available there.

Not impressed so far...NG and McGuiness ok....
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL ROVERS. Match thread
So slow on the ball and very little movement upfront, other than Robinson.

well, that thirty minutes was just your typical modern day home performance by Cardiff City, albeit there were a few signs of improvement towards the end of the first half, but Rovers have been slicker than us and shown more of a cutting edge.

1-1, good finish by Robinson, but was there a foul in the build up?

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL ROVERS. Match thread
This referee is a pain. It's a pre season friendly and he's constantly on his whistle.

Robinson is head and shoulders the best player on the pitch

!!! MIssed the goal......am out in the sticks and internet not good! From what I see....improved second period but still not over impressive....

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL ROVERS. Match thread
Finished 1-1, a lot better from City in the second half - Etete had a couple of chances to win the game, but he's having a slow start to his season.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL ROVERS. Match thread
I hope for more this second game....

Totally agree with that, thought our fullbacks played well, but other than that, nothing stands out.

1-0 to City early on in the second game, good run by O'Dowda and Tanner finishes from twelve yards.
-
Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL ROVERS. Match thread
I've never been particularly impressed by Tanner but you can't deny the end product so far in pre season, that's 2 or 3 goals and an assist now isn't it?

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BRISTOL ROVERS. Match thread
Interested to know how the new guys do.
