Personally I think the club have done what I'd have done. I'm not against them saying he can have another year but if he is asking for a lengthy contract with so much power and control then I'd say tara.

the whole "1 year is a guest..i want family" is so cringe..you get 1 year because you still have a LOT to prove..and you are lucky you get that
