based on some of the posts, Cardiff are pretty much hated as well!!

Surely they could have just put a ball less in both unseeded and seeded for the South section then have the first game as unseeded v West Ham then the second as seeded v Newport instead of Newport being in the North.

Both teams have to play away. Newport are relaying pitch and West Ham's ground won't be ready after the athletics.

Why are Newport in the Northern section? There are at least 5 teams in the southern draw more northerly than them.
