I got one soaked and put it in the oven which had not long been turned off. Left it with the door slightly open. The phone dried as the oven cooled. It worked a treat.
It was quite nice with peas and Jersey royals too. :hehe:

I gave a friend the tip about immersing the phone in rice. Unfortunately he used Ambrosia....

A mobile phone tester engineer told me once to open all the ports & put it in the airing cupboard with UNCOOKED(!) rice for a few days.

That's what I did when my laptop broke.
It costs money but on the plus side you get loads of helpful comments on here about buying a new one.
