...and expect Charlton to play with ten men, because Magennis can therefore do the job of two men. Thus cutting Charlton's wage bill....Sorted lmao !

Well earned point by Slade and his team could have been 3 points in the end.
The Charlton fans seem to be happy with the signing of Josh Magennis.
I'm sure you will all be pleased for Russell.
You probably tried to convince the fans how much of scalp the mighty Northampton Town would have been and how privileged the fans are to welcome such a prestigious club to the valley!
On Magennis I think it's a decent signing, especially if you're looking for a target man.
on a side note I honestly think we would have beaten Blackpool in the play offs if Dave Jones never released Magennis. He gave the Blackpool defence hell when we drew 1-1 in the league and when Bothroyd went off for Etuhu in the final it cost us the game.
If I remember rightly it was against Blackpool home in the league that he broke his leg?
Fancy Alex Revell scoring for the Cobblers
In the second half Charlton "serviced the box"
Slade OUT
This joke is kinda backfiring and we shud concentrate on our own issues fron now on!!
Back to page 1 it goes. #prayforJimmy
Won one, drawn one lost one. That's what you call "Slading". Charlton are on their way to a solid 60 points. Before anyone asks, they'll lose the odd game. It will be a hard game. Between two teams that wanted to win. But Russ's team will lose. Because THAT'S how you Slade.
2 points off a play-off spot, can't fault his consistency.
Slade orchestrates a 2 - 1 win at Walsall which sees Charlton move into a play-off spot.
Cmon NYC get with it. Common knowledge that if Slade gets three points on a Saturday he treats the family to a Chinese meal.
Off season when he's back in Scarborough it's a fish and chip supper, sitting on his favourite deck chair, with a handkerchief covering his big, bald, burning head.
They've spent the most money in League 1 so automatics or failure.
He was quick enough to point out how he was up against it when he was at Orient, and 3rd place and a play off final defeat was still success (even though they led the table for 7 months ffs) because of the budget but now the shoe is on the other foot.
Automatics or failure Russ.
Master tactician Slade secures a well earned point against the league leaders.
Just a little more info on the draw against Bolton. The scorer for Charlton was 18-year-old Ademola Lookman.
No it's not a misprint he is 18. Looks like Slade IS prepared to give youth a chance if they are ready.
