Bellamy has spent years playing for and working with top managers. He has successfully coached our youth players, many who are coming through now with Morrison getting the credit.
He has been assistant manager to one of the top European clubs.
Flynn has done........nothing

The Swedish League. Ok.

Sorry it's not quite as impressive as failing to get out of league 2.

Re: Flynn - Next Cardiff manager ?
Bellamy's taking time out for health reasons, so he's not going to be taking over any time soon.

Don't be sorry.

Not sure if Bellers is not a risk .
Flying has experience albeit at a lower level..
I'd promote from within ie Steve/ Stephen Morrison / Morison

But it is a PRETTY strong indicator.

Re: Flynn - Next Cardiff manager ?
I can't see Bellamy returning to the club whilst VT is still the owner, and given he's just left his job for stress/anxiety related issues, the last thing he needs is a job here.
As for Flint - no thanks. Him leaving Newport has been on the cards for a while and should even be considered for a shortlist if MM left.

Newport have never lacked bottle for the big occasion and have always been well motivated. From the outside looking in the club has appeared to be closely knit and team spirit has been high. It's also my opinion that Flynn speaks well and has shown himself to be very knowledgeable about the game.
Managers have to start somewhere. Similarly old experienced heads lose their way. Some fans look at promotion winning managers, say Wilder and Hughton, yet how many would recommend Warnock and Mackay? There are plenty of top managers who have failed at clubs, yet done brilliantly elsewhere.
Great post. Oh and I'd rather Flynn or Morrison to Houghton who i think has lost his way.

Sadly Bellamy has the attitude that could lose a dressing room very fast.

And mental health issues that mean he had to finish in his last role for the benefit of his own health.

Or galvanise it even faster.

I think so too. He's too mouthy and I don't think the older players would take it.
Bamba is the complete opposite, way too much of a nice guy.

Re: Flynn - Next Cardiff manager ?
He's not very well thought of at the club in Newport. He has a very high opinion of himself too apparently. And also a penchant for signing crap players all via the same agent. Sounds familiar. he should fit in well at Cardiff. The crowd would be calling for his head after about 5 games. And he'd need a translator like Bielsa has!

Re: Flynn - Next Cardiff manager ?
Next Salford manager I reckon

If this exchange was a boxing match the ref would have had to step in to save Divine Wright by now. He’s tried his best but It’s been a savage beating.

J R Hartley. Now there's a vote of confidence. Reminds me of when Farage stood up for Alonso.
