Yes those players didn't have as much negative press, but so f*****g what? If Wright, who I like as a pundit but he's let himself down badly here, had never raised this fatuous point then none of you would've even considered it. Did Wright himself, or Des Walker, or Paul Ince get the same mistreament by the media? Are the press now more racist than they were 20 years ago? If so, how did that happen?
