Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Colwill has really improved this season, his all round game is so much better.

Yes Maurice, really!!!!! :hehe:
He has looked the best attacker in a very decent start (by our own standards).

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
At the risk of trying to sound like I'm piling on, Etete really is crap isn't he. And why is Wintle taking set pieces when he can't clear the first man?
Other than that, it's not been bad. Colwill is starting to boss things in the middle and Grant has had some of his best moments in a long time.

Wintle has looked to play a bit more positively, he's not looking backwards to the keeper or sideways constantly, but the comment has to be about the single bad thing he's done all game.
We all moan, and its been a shit few years so I get it, but lets not moan at players that are looking to do better, its tedious.

What about Grant or any of our other strikers
I'd love him to come good, he just disappoints every time unfortunately

I make a concerted effort to try not to moan at individual players but it is unacceptable for a player, specialist dead ball player, not to give his teammates, particularly those who have travelled eighty yards to try and get on the end of the pass, a decent chance of scoring... to strike the ball two yards off the floor straight into an opposing player is rank bad.
For a team that relies hugely on free kicks and corners for their goals, the delivery has just got to be better.

They really do look poor- can't think of a worse side I've seen this season -and yet we haven't really threatened their goal.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
A better first half, still not great let’s be honest. Colwill playing well, Siopis and Collins looking more like they did earlier in the season.

And not one player creating a thing. Lets hope for 2nd half creativity, it has to happen at some point.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKBURN ROVERS. Match thread
Not been impressed with Turnbull since he arrived but this does seem like a game for him if ever.

Our fans should be hanging their heads in shame considering how small the crowd is ......... at least that's the way it looks on TV.
