So when working out the capacity of a ground, you dont include any part that is not currently in use because the club dont need to use it but could do so whenever they wanted because the ground has a safety certificate for it. That's a bit silly isnt it. None of the occupation percentages I have used have been from after 2014 when the new stand was opened. If they had been I would have used the correct capacity figure. When Hull and City have played home games this season then we can compare accordingly. In Hulls case the information I used was from old and modern times because in my opinion we have always been a bigger club than them.
