I wouldn't, how many times are their cynical fouls where someone breaks up play by grabbing hold of someone when the ball is nowhere near? It is a shit part of football and I have said on this forum before that I feel this is precisely the situation where football needs a sin bin. That or reds for everyone who does a cynical foul not playing the ball.

Wtf was Ralls doing pull him back but don't throw in a shocking knee high tackle

Agreed, model professional my arse. Kane knows they were in a game and decided to lump the pressure on a ref that is susceptible to making strange decisions.

Yeah but you do that by tugging a shirt, hefty shoulder barge, something to make him fall over. Not how Ralls did it.

It wasn't for a cynical foul he took him out knee high shocking challenge and rightfully a red card

Mozza header saved onto the post

Re: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Not a red if you're going by the book but even as a City fan he was right to be sent off for that, if you don't get off for blatant cheating what do you get sent off for? Also why did he do that? Moura wasn't even clean through, bizarre

Re: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Red card Alderweild? Why not?

Agree that is what he should have done. I have seen a yellow for one player jumping on another players back and clinging on until he goes down. All we ask is consistency and away at the big clubs you never get it.

Re: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Usually it's a holding of the shirt as the player runs ahead and away from you on the break. Watch this one again. Ralls senses he's about to be overtaken and literally turns around to take a player out that is nowhere near the ball. It was weird. It was red.

Stop being a fanny, nothing dangerous about it.

Alright then, it's still not a red card tackle, it was horribly cynical but it wasn't dangerous at all.

Re: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Warnock called the ref a twat and I won't argue with that.

Still a yellow. It wasn't dangerous. He wasnt the last man. It's just a foul.

Re: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
What's going on with Reid? He's not worth brining on for 15 minutes when we're losing?

Re: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v CARDIFF CITY. Match thread
Whatever happens in these last five minutes I'm really pleased with our performance. The boys have done as well as they could and on another day we might have got a point.
