Cracking WIG, Scott Parker got on

Re: Huddersfield v Fulham
1 - 2 now
Fulham lead with 6 mins to go
Huddersfield have not won a game since February.
Next up they face Cardiff :yikes:

Re: Huddersfield v Fulham
Fulham have got some team
That Mitrovic play acting was disgraceful and should be subject to retrospective action. 3 game ban would do it
-
Re: Huddersfield v Fulham
Disgraceful from Mitrovic
-
Re: Huddersfield v Fulham
Jeezus that was as bad as Rivaldo
That must be looked at

Doubtful as the ref didn’t take any against the opposition player
-
Re: FT: Huddersfield 1 - 2 Fulham
On that evidence Fulham will be claiming one of the automatic spots. NQAT.

Re: FT: Huddersfield 1 - 2 Fulham
Huddersfield likely to sack their manager on the back of this defeat according to the Telegraph

If so, truly a testament to how ridiculous the championship really is..

Already happened. He's only been there 19 minutes

They were playing a poor side and looked like drawing the game , early doors to be sure of that promotion spot .

Look like drawing a game they completely dominated? They were worthy winners you fool.
Huddersfield scored from their only chance.

He took over in January, its not a particularly long tenure
Important to note that Huddersfield now have a different chairman to the one who took hired Siewert, maybe he wants his own man?

I only watched the first half and was distinctly unimpressed by Fulham.

I only watched the first half as well. Did Cairney figure more in the second half? Looks to have gone backwards on that evidence.

Re: FT: Huddersfield 1 - 2 Fulham
We have a long way to go, against a good side we will be in trouble. Nowhere near the fluent football under jokanovic, I would hope with the fire power we have top 6 is where we wa t to be come what may, Huddersfield poor team, as for mitrovic I do love him, and from another angle the guy does flick he’s face, but he’s reaction was embarrassing to put it mildly, equaled our away wis from last season already

Totally agree, watched to see what qualities Fulham had, but being honest, I can’t remember the last time I seen so many back passes to a goalkeeper!
Boring to me, if we fished that up for 45 minutes, no one would come back for the second half

Bloody thick fingers on the iPhone :hehe:, “DISHED”, not fished
Was listening to Tony Blackburn’s radio 2 show, that’s my excuse

Yes. As did Knockhaert and Cavaleiro too.

Re: FT: Huddersfield 1 - 2 Fulham
If sides in the Championship give Fulham as much room as Huddersfield did in the 2nd half, they'll get trounced, too. I'd like to think we would be a lot tighter in midfield and at the back, though maybe Fulham are going to be just too good for most sides in this division...

I watched the second half as well ,I thought they overplayed the passing game , against a side they should cut too pieces, so like you and considering the oppostion, plus the gift of the first goal ,I wasn't overly impressed , and expected more .
Pretty passing team ,even though their willingness to run the ball back to the keeper for him to kick it out ,was irritating and tedius at times , especially when you have so much passing talent in the field of play.
Thier midfield was very cramped , noticed Parker gesturing the squeezing together motion from the touchlines .
Just dont agree , that at this point they are nailed on automatic promotion contenders.
Yes ther good ,time will tell how they fair ,we will know very soon as we are due to play both .

Thanks for the kind words many disagree with you including a Fulham fan, one would safely say they are good ,have great potential, but little too early to say they are going up , in fact if you examine thier last two years it might prove that point , failed automatic prmotion ,with what was considered one of the best playing sides in the Championship , spent millions to improve it , went down before us,on both occasions beaten by a lesser side??
Fool I maybe ,realist I could be .

Great post this division is always tough to get out of, we do have the best attacker’s in tne division, but we have a novice manager, and we p,ay with no urgency or real plan, now if jokanovic had this team, I would be confident of top 6 at least, Huddersfield very poor team,

As a Fulham (and football) fan, does it excite you watching “tippy tappy back to the keeper” football ?
-
Re: FT: Huddersfield 1 - 2 Fulham
I too watched the first half in the pub. the second half was on but i had totally lost interest by then. The side and back passing was almost relentless in the first half.
If anything was an argument for the way we play then that was it!!

Wonder if you have made it from the bar to your seat for the 2nd half after what City just “fished” up 1st half?

No Fulham fan does, no purpose to it, it’s not as though we are spreading it about with the aim to get forward, it will cost us
