Feeling dead chuffed to be honest
Took some book advice at the start of the year and have either walked or cycled for 40 minutes everyday since then.
Me daughter has entered a 10K run down south in July and during a visit decided to run down the Bay today. I thought I'd run with her for 100 metres to see what speed she was at.
I not only ran 6K with her but she broke her record time trying to keep up http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/hehe.gif
Haven't run that sort of distance for decades.
Well chuffed! http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif
(Anyone got any advice fer knackered knees? http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/hehe.gif )

Have you reached Scotland yet?

Just thought I'd post some good, noncontroversial news on here that no-one could troll-up, mush http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/sad.gif

Good work!
It's not the exercise for me but the 40 minutes of free time required per day.

I've got them too and I would say that if you are going to run find a soft surface, rather than roads or pavements. It may be that your cartilage tissue has gone. If it hasn't gone completely then some herbs - such as comfrey - may be able to restore it. See a herbalist. http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif

Re: Feeling dead chuffed to be honest
Exercise should be like brushing your teeth, regular maintenance that (most) people do routinely every day.
It only takes a minimum of 15 minutes of decent activity and you're on your way to a better lifestyle.

FOOL your smart watch into thinking you've run 3 km by having a wank.
