Why can't more teams do what Brentford and Brighton do?

Is everyone else just enept? In europe you see teams putting together top class teams with shoe string budgets too.

It takes time, patience, money, commitment, and exceptional execution from top to bottom. It's a rare combination.

I think it starts with having an owner with exceptional football and intellectual intelligence who has the wisdom to remain within their role and recruit the best in class.

If your owner has none of these qualities then you can end up with a club on the verge of League 1 despite burning through £200m+ of their personal wealth…

There’s only 20 teams allowed in the premier league just how many championship teams are you expecting to do a Brighton or a Brentford?

If it was so easy then everyone would do it. Which would mean it wasn’t special.
