Following on from the Kings Rd thread
Can anyone name the longest straight street in Cardiff, with no other roads leading off it? No googling!

Gold star for you Clinton. Ethel St will always be Canton for me 😀
Re: Following on from the Kings Rd thread
There must be plenty of discussions on areas of Cardiff we could have. Eg where does Fairwater end and Pentrebane start?
Where does Caerau end and Trelei start ?
Re: Following on from the Kings Rd thread
Caerau is between Heol trelai, Caerau Lane and Cowbridge road shirley.

Your probably right. I remember when St David’s Place used to be called Caerau Square.

To be exact it’s the longest straight street with no roads going off it. The lanes at the end don’t count
Apparently

Where does North Cardiff end and the Valleys start? Is Caerphilly North Cardiff?

Nooooo.
Tongwynlais, Lisvane, Rhiwbina Morganstown I would say are the last parts of North Cardiff.
Caerphilly, Taffs Well etc are valleys
Re: Following on from the Kings Rd thread
I would class them all as not Cardiff. Cardiff stops at the M4 except where estates spill over/under it.
