Warnock getting too big for his wellies ?
""I'm in a unique situation for a manager because I'm not bothered if I get the sack - they can sack me tomorrow if they want," he said.
"If I want another job, I can get another job. That's not being conceited, I just don't see many good managers around.
"There used to be hundreds, you could name them all but the Championship is not like any other league."

I get the feeling that if he does get us promoted we'll be needing his services again a couple of seasons later.

warnock is damage limitation expert  , not a miracle worker :hehe:
Re: Warnock getting too big for his wellies ?
I'm not sure I care too much for him commenting on other managers (as he arguably did here) but we were all charmed by Warnock's honesty and part of that was him speaking knowing he was near the end of his career.

He's saying it as it is.
Managers regularly get thrown off the merry-go-round for not somehow going faster than all the other horses, but the half decent ones are back on pretty quickly.
He wouldn't be out of work long, if he didn't want to be. It might be a bit blunt to say it, but he is a bit blunt.

I do hope you are not suggesting that Mr. Warnock uses coarse language
