Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
That NW is still manager at the end of the season.
That the club/fan harmony remains even if the feelgood factor disappears.
That we have more Saturday 3pm games. Even Sunday. Few Monday
That a new younger player emerges into the first team squad.
That the beers on offer improve.
Ditto food.
That the half time entertainment is better. Stick to kids playing rather gimmicks.
And ..............
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
A win against one of the big 6.
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
That we have a player who scores 10 in a season.
A really mental 'I was there' moment.
Swansea in the FA Cup.

That and
...it doesn't snow
....no-one sets off flares nearby
...94th minute winner v Man U last match of the season to keep us up
.... Gary scores😁
...no bugger who hasn't been to a match for years starts parking in "my" space
...Sharon gets the kettle on and it's back to the Warnocks for a cuppa after Tavistock
...we don't sign Grealish
...everyone has a safe journey to/from matches
....40 points
...no fans outsing us
.... next season's kit has a traditional badge on it
...Dai Hunt joins a silent brotherhood of monks
....Newcastle away isn't on a weekday night
...all those who run coaches to matches get the credit they deserve
...NW and Mrs W are fit and healthy
...Mrs D gets to see us play Liverpool away
...we beat Everton home and away
..we beat Wolves (away) with a late penalty
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
Beating one of the top 6
Warnock winning manager of the month for August
Not being tarnished as a dirty team
Lawrenson predicting us to win at least one game
Being the first game on motd and not because we lost

Yes please.
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
The stadium capacity is increased to 42,000.
:hehe:
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
That drum stops, that we are competitive even if we lose and the fans behave themselves to avoid bringing the club into disrepute. Mostly I want them to stop using the words "Jack (barstewards) " as on the TV is sounds like "Black"
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
The person in the Ninian stand stops taking an Icelandic flag to games to wave at the away fans.

It will still be 2 - 0 though!
He is always consistent - if unimaginative.

Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
An intimidating atmosphere at the CCS
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
Retaining our Premiership status is the only thing that i am hoping for. Anything else is a bonus as far as i'm concerned.
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
Liverpool… I’ll tell you, honestly, I will love it if we beat them. Love it.
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
My hope is that Brexit doesn't effect alcohol prices,as we will be needing to numb the brain next year.
Re: Hopes for next season aside from avoiding relegation
Hopefully no embarrassing drubbing.
Warnock to get a manager of the month award.
Ken to bag loads of goals.
Survival.
