who is your favourite player from the article?
Yet another brilliant thread ruined by regulars. I've dipped in and out of this forum since 1999 and it's the way good posts are hijacked that has turned so many off over the years. If posters could just stick to the original thread parameters it would be a great opportunity for fans of all ages to learn about greats of the past. I'm 39 and so fond of my home City and would be very interested to know which footballers were born within City limits. Is it so difficult to stick to the subject matter and respect the OP's question?
what did you think of the article?
Seems like you're flogging a dead horse with this one :hehe:
I'll provide some feedback for you though...
Interesting, informative and emotive as many will have their own favourites and as City have been in existence for such a long time, other suitable candidates may have been forgotten.
Constantinous Constarki Micallef would just have to be in there for me, one of the best mulletts of his time
As would David Giles, the Welsh Kevin Keegan. Still I believe the only player to play for all 4 football league clubs.
From a site perspective (browsing off a mb so may differ) text too large, colour red too bright. You could do with the positions for the "possibles" to see whers they may have slotted in for completeness and also a graphic with the formation.
Good effort and decent research
yeah i seemed to have missed out on a gem in David Giles. yeah the website stuff was out of my control. i just sent them the article. but thanks for the feedback, its appreciated
which of these players would you take now??
No Stan Richards???
not into that front line unfortuantely
yeah trying to keep it to Cardiff itself
anybody read the book about fred keenor?? thinking of buying it
where does Keenor rank among Cardiff’s greatest ever players?
