Can anyone help with this new club account business

Earlier I bought a home goal keeper top and a football for my nephew, came to £72.99 with name and number, bit worrying that I have not received no confirmation and it’s not in my order history even tho the money has been taken from my account, made a separate order to see if it happened again and ordered a hoodie, that has come through as a confirmation and is on my order history, anyone else had this before, I did order the shirt personalised after the shop had already shut, is that what the issue is?
