Etheridge Improvement Is Very Noticeable

Watching him on Friday you can see how he has improved since joining us , as a number 2 .

His kicking and throwing has greatly improved , his presence in the air was at times scrambled and created nervousness in the back four ,where defenders rather not pass back to him , he has always been a great acrobatic keeper though and always delivered some classy saves .

I wonder if his confidence has risen
since the selling of our , record breaking appearing keeper (Mr Camp), that was a huge decesion by the club, and will be missed from the training Camps he alledgly watched .

He seems to have improved since he was left out for the one game. Murphy played OK in that, but Etheridge was recalled for the next one and has been really good ever since. Maybe Camp going out on loan has upped his confidence too.

Next summer Murphy and Wilson are out of contract, but I'd keep Murphy and try and move on Camp, keeping Etheridge as our number 1 (literally).

Camp is on loan...

And I agree Etheridge is a lot better.
