Just interviewed on talkshite, was quite interesting, he sounded like a real student of the game, going to learn from Bielsa, mourihnio etc. Came across very well, and is currently looking for a new role.

Then went and had a look at his managerial track record in MLS and it isn't pretty.

Had to google him

There are many on here who are impressed by someone talking a good game. Especially if that person is from Cardiff.

It's not pretty anywhere. He was hated at Newport. Talks a good game perhaps but his actions are woefully bad.

People can learn though, especially if they have the right attitude. He must have been pretty young at Newport

Hopefully he'll do his learning away from Cardiff City.

He was crap at Newport County.
