..... unnecessarily worrying myself shitless about something I didn't have a clue about! Google has a lot to answer for!!! I wouldn't blame my GP if she was laughing her head off lol

If you are a worrying type then it’s better not to google symptoms. Your mind will flick to the worst case scenario and by the time you crash out you will probably have convinced yourself you have bowel cancer or something. Being in limbo, not knowing what’s wrong with you is by far the worst situ. Most aches and pains or lumps and bumps disappear in there own, as a general rule if you still have them after 6-8 weeks go and get it sorted.

I went in to my GP's and said I had Corona virus. They weren't impressed!

Not quite with a GP, but a sonographer. When my boy was in the womb, we went for a scan. The guy asked us if we wanted to know what sex the baby was going to be, so we said we did. He said he was a boy and, as he no doubt said to everyone else, "he won't be afraid to be naked in the showers". I was looking at him measuring something on the screen and asked the bloke "that seems quite big, are they usually that well developed?" to which his reply was that he was measuring his femur!!

Cold water will cause shrinkage, it's nothing to worry about and i'm sure she's seen larger

I went for my annual health check. After all the tests I’m in the doctors consulting room and she’s going through the results and asked my “what is your angle when you urinate”

I looked at her blankly for a moment trying to work out what she meant

I said that I stand up straight usually but I sometimes lean forward with my hand on the wall for support and I demonstrated the lean I was referring to

She ran out of the office and came back with a male doctor who explained that the first doctor was trying to establish how powerful my stream was when I urinated and drew three options on some paper for me to select my stream strength.

First time I’ve ever been asked that.

Due to medication, I have to avoid the cold. Pulled a snood up over my mouth and nose at the game yesterday, guy nearby laughs and says "Cold are you?"

"No" I said, "I've just got back from Hong Kong and I'm being careful."
