Disagree
Re: Morrissey in Manchester
I went to see him in Brighton recently, I was a bit disappointed he played a lot of his new stuff, and most of the crowd just stood still, he could of played more of his hits

I had tickets for that gig, couldn't go as we were battered by the snow
Re: Morrissey in Manchester
I went to see him in London and it was amazing. You are right in saying he played most of this new album songs. Maybe he done that because his new album is absolutely brilliant.

The man is a legend. There is no point trying to convince those who refuse to see it

Yeah. Whenever someone says Johnny Marr was the brains (as amazing of a guitarist as he is) you can't hide the fact that Morrissey has made 11 unbelievably superb albums without him.

Constantly delivers. I can't say I enjoy Johnny Marr's solo stuff as much as Morrissey's, I don't think his voice is particularly good.
Have you seen England Is Mine?
Have to say I enjoyed every minute of it.

he's a brexit loving fan of Nigel Farage who once called the Chinese a subspecies and allegedly defended Kevin Spacey for fiddling with a 14 year old boy. You can keep him.

You obv didnt listen to the whole interview and believe the way it was portrayed in the press. Fair enough, as I said I wont try to convince others.
BBS - England is Mine was ok but I couldnt get fully engaged with it for some reason
Re: Morrissey in Manchester
He can't sing and has an over inflated idea of his own importance.
Re: Morrissey in Manchester
Going to see Johnny Marr on Thursday.

Only gets vocal when he's on tour and an album is due out. Always wondered about that flower waving stuff, could have easily been flags. Oooh scary.

The Spacey one? Yeah that seemed potentially dubious but I decided to put it in because it made my post better. I had the decency to put "allegedly" in though, which I'm sure we'll all agree is hugely impressive on my part
