One of my friends at school (in the mid to late 70s) was a big Rush fan. I never really got in to them, it all seemed a bit pompous to me, I preferred punk, pub rock and blues.

I love Rush. I don't know why. They're really not my style. I'm not really into musicianship. But I really respect these guys and was really into Rush for a few albums. Very sad to hear this news.
