I'm guessing that BT sport were on a commercial break and we were playing that whilst waiting to start the minutes silence?

It's played to drown out sound at many grounds, probably a reason here as well, which i disagree with, but they definitely should've stopped it sooner before the silence, the fans were silent waiting. A minor complaint, but an obvious one

Yes i hope it was because of BT as it was annoying as hell.
