Ledley off the pace and looks isolated in the middle. We need Ramsey to drop in and give more of the ball to the wings for Lawrence and Wilson to run at their defence. Please push more up for set pieces and just put the ball in the box. Mepham & Lockyer looking ok so far.

Mexico are there for the taking.

Mexico have been bang average apart from their winger. We have wasted several free kicks. Imagine this Wales side with Bale, Allen, Chester, Woodburn and Ampadu. Looks like Ashley Williams has a broken rib but he should be fit for the new season.

Based on that game, Mexico will be going to the World Cup just to make up the numbers, they have no cutting edge whatsoever. Well, done to a young and inexperienced Welsh team. Giggs will be pleased with that - close to a 90,000 partizan crowd, against a team who haven't lost in their last 22 games (well, something like that!).

I think Joe Ledley should retire from international football. I don't mean that in a nasty, hateful way, he's been a great servant but his time is up I'm afraid.

Those young Welsh players would have gained a lot from this.
