I don’t get it either.
Thought he showed enough against Millwall and Ipswich to get a start or at least a good 30 mins.
Perhaps the sending off messed up the master plan
Warnock mentioned in his press conference Tomlinson head was all over the place after being in court on Friday.
Also think that he may have come on earlier if the earlier substitutions hadn't been forced
Plan was probably to bring him on after 60 minutes. NML's injury and Bogle's red card ruined that, we looked a lot better after Tomlin came on
Then why was he in the bench?
Are we that desperate?
