Saw thm supporting Deep Purple, before this i would have agreed 100% but they were a decent band and i enjoyed their set. Judas priest however I walked out on. The Scorpions were supporting and they were amazing but for some reason Judas Priest just looked like old men trying to be woke before woke was a thing.
Andy Taylor was a descent rock guitarist
and some of john Taylor's bass lines were quite groovy and complex: They didn't choose the best vessel to show their talents i' ll agree on that.

now the scorpions for me were a dreadful band...micheal schenker on the other handhttps://youtu.be/_2jvhM3Q0M8http://
Scorpions were great up until that wind of change nonsense
Blackout , lovedrive , Tokyo tapes , all great albums
Loving you sunday morning melodic and heavy
Micheal Schenker Group were ok but rubbish live
I preferred him as guitarist in UFO , the album obsession is a masterpiece of hard rock
Dr Feelgood and Groundhogs (every track sounding the same)
Chuck Berry (35 mins with a band he had never really practised with, a common practice with him)
Bit harsh n Duran Duran..

UFO lights out live album was great ..not impressed by anything else then came the real NWOBHM anyway with saxon def lep ad infinitum
I loved Saxon, early def lep was great , never liked iron maiden
UFO did some surprisingly solid later albums , making contact was good
The track when it's time to rock we are the only ones , is a belter
Freeway mad by Saxon off wheels of steel has one of the best drum intros in heavy rock ever , followed by a killer riff
Def Leppard. Utter toss.
ah come on? def leppard were 'armless
agree on maiden...never liked them.
The Jam, UB40, and shitty Ska music (The Specials were ok) Always a special kind of t wat seems to like that kind of music.
I've had a think. The Jam had a couple of decent songs, after that was Style Council and then Weller decided to unleash his indulgent solo shit that wasn't good enough for lift music. He's a f ucking div. I'm not changing my mind over UB40 and Crappy Ska. Red Hot Chilli Peppers can F uckoff as well.
A little off topic but Hells/Bells an AC/DC tribute were great a few years ago when I d
Seen them down the bay but crap a few years later in maesteg.
